  • agreed daweb,sadly my awakening has been a slow one. for twenty years i studied cultural religious history, my face was planted in one book or another, and my grasp of politics was tertiary at best, same with global events. 9/11 and iraq changed all that,well..to be more specific,

  • i agree firsty,but how do we get informed? ok..news. but does the news,be it print or televised,give us the real deal? sadly,in my opinion,no..it doesnt. it fails miserably, oh..there's a good nugget here and there, sometimes we may even get lucky and get some context thrown in.
